www.u-savemoving.com  : Great moving company, two or more people and a truck.  Very reliable and reasonably- highly recommended.

www.spotdesignbuild.com  : A wonderful design to build company that does everything from small additions to full builds.

www.flexcar.com :  Great alternative to having your own car- many of my clients and friends swear by flex car.

www.seattle.gov/dpd/  :  City of Seattle Department of Planning and Development.  Find out what the neighbors are doing next door on the address search for permits, find out all future plans for a neighborhood.

www.seattleschools.org/area/m_schools/index.dxml  :  Seattle schools site.  You can check each school by neighborhood and check the enrollment dates and the choices of school as it pertains to your area.
