Autumn Delights
I have been humming The Byrds “Turn, Turn, Turn” this
month as changes keep on coming. What a summer it was.
It was gorgeous outside and many changes went down in real estate and in my business specifically. With the historic low interest rates and the tax credit announcement this spring, real estate sales picked up for first time home
buyers in the city.
There are signs on the horizon of continued growth of the first time buying market in the lower price ranges and when the job market recovers the hope is that the market will build from the ground back up. Changes are happening in my business as well with a new office and my sister Liz joining the business.
I have been very lucky during a time when many of us have been hurting and that makes me very grateful. Have a delightful autumn and I hope to see you all before the year turns over again. Here are some simple Seattle pleasures
to indulge in this season.
Much aloha,
Sarah
