Sarah grew up on the island of Kauai in a family of realtors.  Her mother, Paula, was the youngest broker in the state of Hawaii in the 70’s and two of her brothers are realtors on Kauai.  Sarah is proud to work under her broker, Linda Kim at John L Scott’s Lakeside office in Madison Park. 

Since becoming a realtor, Ms. Rudinoff has earned an Emerald Award and a most promising new agent award from John L Scott.  She was also honored with a 5-Star Professional Award as one of the most outstanding realtors in the Seattle area.  20,000 homeowners in the Seattle area are polled about their realtors and the services they provide and only 5% of agents are selected.

Ms. Rudinoff brings an infectious enthusiasm to her business and delights in working with people.  She has been a professional actor and singer for 15 years and loves working with all kinds of clients- from finding a starter home that will also accommodate a client’s band rehearsals, to a couple selling their home of 30 years and moving into a more manageable townhouse.

Ms. Rudinoff believes in being involved with every part of the buying and selling process and educates new buyers about what loans are out there as well as demystifies an often intimidating process.  She counts communication as one of her primary skills and brings a high level of service that will deserve any referrals for people looking to work with someone energized and focused on results.
