Working in the family business since 2005, Sarah loves working with her clients.  She brings an infectious enthusiasm to her business and delights in working with people. Joined by her sister Liz in 2009, the family business grew.  

Liz and Sarah were born and bred on the island of Kauai on the northern tip of the Hawaiian Island chain.  They were raised in real estate as their mother was one of the most successful brokers on the island since the late 1960’s.  Sarah moved to Seattle to pursue her acting career in 1994 and has been seen on stages from the 5th Avenue Theatre, the Seattle Rep and solo shows at On the Boards.  She is also a Stranger “Genius” Award winner (the “genius” part is still very much in question).  Liz worked in the hotel industry on Kauai until she moved in 2008 to Seattle to expand her horizons.  The sisters Rudinoff love to team up for great outcomes for their clients!

They believe in being involved with every part of the buying and selling process, educating new buyers about the loan process and determining future values for investment, as well as demystifying an often intimidating process.  They count communication as one of their most important skills and bring a high level of service that will deserve any referrals for people looking to work with a team that is energized and focused on results.
Since becoming a realtor in 2005, Ms. Rudinoff has earned the Emerald Award for most promising new agent from John L Scott, and a President’s Gold Award in 2007 and 2008 (#1 for Sales in her office).  When Liz joined the team in 2009 the team earned a Prestigious President’s Elite Award- the highest level of achievement at John L Scott earned by only the top tier of agents around the state.  Rudinoff Real Estate has been honored by their clients with a 5-Star Professional Award as one of the most outstanding real estate teams in the Seattle area 4 years running.
