Growing up on the island of Kauai in a family of realtors and brokers, I knew I might one day join the ranks of my family business. My mother was the youngest broker in the state of Hawaii in 1972 and she continues to work with clients she has had for over 35 years. After a 15 year career as a professional actress and singer in LA, NYC and Seattle, I decided to settle down in Seattle and give my family business a try. I first came to Seattle in 1993 and had lived in the city on and off for 10 years before finally making it my home.
With the help of long time agents and mentors, I began my real estate business in 2005 and quickly fell in love with it. I have since gone on to work with a client basis that is almost 100% referrals from past clients and friends. Communication and education are my greatest tools in the real estate business; listening intently to what my clients are looking for in purchasing a home and being attuned to my sellers bottomline and their unique situations are always my biggest focus. Education is a daily goal for me in my business as there is always more to learn and my focus is to educate my clients about the market as it stands each day, so the right decisions can be made at every phase of the process.

I also like have a lot of fun and bring my creativity to the table when it comes to problem solving or just
calming the energy in the room during a process that has its fair share of stresses. Having a good relationship
with many local agents helps in getting agents and their buyers into my listings as well as being able to negotiate for my clients and their best interest in an atmosphere of mutual agreement and respect.

I am very active in the community and have hosted benefits for the Henry Art Gallery, SAM, Velocity Dance Center, Blue Earth Alliance, and On the Boards, where I am a board member. I own a home and a beautiful garden in West Seattle and am an agent at John L Scott’s flagship University Village office where I have a great team of colleagues and support staff that make sure my business runs smoothly and efficiently.
